Payment Methods & Security (Jiffdiff)

Welcome to Jiffdiff! To ensure a smooth and secure checkout experience, we currently support the following payment option:

1) Accepted Payment Method

  • PayPal (Recommended)

    Pay with your PayPal balance or any card linked to your PayPal account.

  • Pay with Debit/Credit Card (via PayPal Guest Checkout)

    You can complete payment without a PayPal account. At checkout, choose “Pay with Debit/Credit Card” on the PayPal page and enter your card details on the secure gateway.

    Note: In some countries/regions, PayPal may require login or account creation—please follow the on-screen prompts.

2) How to Pay with PayPal

  1. Go to your cart and click Checkout.
  2. Select PayPal.
  3. Log in to your PayPal account or choose Pay with Debit/Credit Card (guest checkout).
  4. Complete the payment and return to Jiffdiff for order confirmation.

3) Pricing, Fees & Currency

  • Product prices and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
  • Jiffdiff does not charge extra payment fees. Any cross-border/FX fees are determined by PayPal or your card issuer.
  • The settlement currency follows the checkout/PayPal page. Exchange rates are set by PayPal or your issuing bank.

4) Payment Security

  • Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You’ll see https:// and a padlock icon in your browser when you’re on secure pages.
  • We do not store your full card number or sensitive payment data. All transactions are processed through PayPal’s secure network and industry-standard compliance.
  • EU/UK customers: Due to PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), you may be prompted for additional verification (e.g., SMS code, banking app, or 3D Secure). Please follow the instructions to authorize your payment.

5) Order Confirmation & Billing

  • After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
  • Your statement may show “Jiffdiff” or a descriptor provided by PayPal/your card issuer.

6) Payment Issues — Quick Troubleshooting

  • Ensure sufficient balance/credit limit.
  • Confirm your billing address and name match your bank’s records.
  • Try a different browser/device or clear cache and retry.
  • Switch payment method (PayPal balance vs. another card).
  • Ask your bank to enable online/cross-border transactions.

7) Cancellations & Refunds

  • Approved cancellations or after-sales refunds will be returned to the original payment method (PayPal account or original card).
