Refund policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

 Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defect compensation problem

After receiving your compensation, please even inspect the product. If there is any defect or damage, please contact us in time.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return package, we will notify you whether or not your refund application has been approved.

If approved, the amount of your order will be returned to your account within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jiffdiff.com 

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
