1. ABOUT JIFFDIFF VIP

1.1 Introduction

Welcome to the JIFFDIFF VIP Membership Program (“Program”)! JIFFDIFF VIP is an exclusive rewards program designed for enthusiasts of wallpaper, mural decoration, and window film art. Through this Program, members can enjoy exclusive discounts, birthday gifts, early access to new collections, accelerated point accumulation, and many other benefits.

Once you join our loyalty program, you can upgrade and earn rewards with every purchase you make. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 Applicability

The Program is available online at the JIFFDIFF official website (https://jiffdiff.com/). Each account is enrolled in the Program once, regardless of the number of associated shipping addresses or payment methods. Every purchase will be accounted for your membership (including cross-site purchases), but level upgrades and degradations are based on the rules of your registered site.

1.3 Validity

A purchase is necessary to become a member. Eligible Purchases means purchases of merchandise and gift cards through available payment methods at the JIFFDIFF website within the provisions time, excluding the following:

· Amounts of refunds, rejections, or cancellations on your orders;

· Payments made with JIFFDIFF gift cards;

· Slight fluctuations in order amounts due to changing exchange rates (where cross-border transactions apply).

1.4 Membership

There is no fee for the JIFFDIFF VIP membership. Membership is limited to individuals only and limited to one account per individual. It is your responsibility to keep your email and contact details up to date in your Account.

JIFFDIFF reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the Account being removed from the Program without notice. When a Membership is terminated, all outstanding coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the Membership are forfeited.

 

2. ABOUT TIERS

2.1 Tier System

JIFFDIFF VIP membership consists of four status levels: Standard, VIP Level 1, VIP Level 2, VIP Level 3, and VIP Level 4.

2.2 Changes and Validity

· Standard membership is valid for life.

· VIP Level 1 and above are valid for 12 months from the date the member qualifies. Upon expiration, the system will automatically review your eligible purchase history over the past 12 months to determine whether to maintain or adjust your current tier.

· Data refreshes typically take up to 24 hours. Please check your tier level after 24 hours.

· Your tier level is based on the number of eligible purchases or the amount of eligible spending during the past 12 months (45 days before the refresh date each month).

2.3 Tier Descriptions

· Standard: Available upon registration. Enjoy basic member benefits including point accumulation and new product notifications.

· VIP Lv.1: $100 cumulative spend OR 2+ orders. Enjoy exclusive discounts, birthday gifts, and other advanced benefits.

· VIP Lv.2: $200 cumulative spend OR 3+ orders. Enjoy higher discount rates and priority customer service.

· VIP Lv.3: $300 cumulative spend OR 4+ orders. Enjoy exclusive event invitations and early access to new products.

· VIP Lv.4: $500 cumulative spend. Enjoy top-tier benefits including express refunds, dedicated account manager, and customized services.

 

3. ABOUT REWARDS

3.1 Introduction

Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers and rewards in addition to point accumulation. Benefits vary by tier as detailed below:

3.2 Points Program

· Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

· Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

· Points can also be earned through daily check-ins, product reviews, profile completion, and other engagement activities.

· VIP Level 3 and above enjoy accelerated points earning rates (see table above).

3.3 Coupon and Reward Usage Rules

· All tier-specific coupons and rewards are valid only during your effective membership period.

· Rewards cannot be used for purchasing gift cards or applied to past orders.

· Coupons are only applicable to your registered site.

· Tier discounts cannot be combined with other coupons (except for special promotions). Please refer to specific campaign pages for details.

 

4. MORE DETAILS

4.1 Approval

Once you join our loyalty program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4.2 Changes

JIFFDIFF may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the JIFFDIFF VIP rules, regulations, rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the Program, and/or may terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of this rule on this page.

If you continue to use JIFFDIFF membership rights after the terms of this rule have been changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership benefits stipulated in these Terms. Please check the website regularly for updates.

4.3 Suspension or Removal

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings on the website or by contacting JIFFDIFF Customer Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
