Peel & Stick Wall Decal FAQ

Q:  What is a peel and stick wall decal?

A:  A wall decal is a pre-cut decorative graphic that can be placed individually on a wall or another suitable smooth surface. Unlike wallpaper, it does not need to cover the entire wall.

Q:  What surfaces work best for wall decals?

A:  Wall decals work best on clean, dry, smooth and stable surfaces. Heavy texture, dust, moisture and peeling paint may reduce adhesion, so test a small piece first if you are unsure.

Q:  Can I reposition wall decals during installation?

A:  Minor repositioning is usually possible while arranging your design. Lift the decal gently and avoid repeatedly removing and reapplying it, as this may weaken the adhesive.

Q:  How should I plan the layout before applying the decals?

A:  Preview the design on the floor or temporarily mark the positions on the wall. Start with the main focal piece, keep spacing visually consistent and step back occasionally to check the overall composition.

Q:  How do I apply decals without bubbles?

A:  Apply the decal gradually and smooth it from the center toward the edges using your hand or a smoothing tool. If a bubble appears, gently lift the nearest section and smooth it down again.

Q:  Can wall decals be removed or reused?

A:  Remove decals slowly from a corner at a low angle. Reusability depends on the material, surface condition and how the decal is removed and stored, so check the specific product information if you plan to reuse it.
