Peel & Stick Wallpaper FAQ

Q:  What surfaces work best with peel and stick wallpaper?

A:  JIFFDIFF peel and stick wallpaper works best on smooth, clean, dry and properly painted walls. Dust, grease, moisture, peeling paint and heavy texture may reduce adhesion. For textured or unfamiliar surfaces, test a small area first.

Q:  How much wallpaper do I need?

A:  Measure the width and height of your wall and compare the total area with the coverage listed for your selected roll size. We recommend allowing extra material for trimming, pattern matching and installation adjustments.

Q:  What tools do I need for installation?

A:  A measuring tape, pencil, level, smoothing tool or squeegee, sharp utility knife and scissors are usually enough. Peel the backing gradually and smooth from the center outward while installing.

Q:  Can the wallpaper be repositioned or removed?

A:  Minor repositioning during installation may be possible. Avoid repeatedly peeling and reapplying the same section, as this can reduce adhesion. For removal, peel slowly from a corner at a low angle.

Q:  Can I use peel and stick wallpaper in a bathroom or kitchen?

A:  It can be used in well-ventilated bathrooms, powder rooms and kitchens away from constant direct water exposure. Performance depends on the wall condition, humidity and product material.

Q:  Should I order a sample first?

A:  Yes, especially if you are unsure about the color, pattern scale, wall texture or paint condition. A sample lets you check both appearance and adhesion before covering a full wall.
