4. Tracking
All orders include tracking. Use the tracking number on the carrier’s website for the latest status.

5. Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
If an order is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

6. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
United States: Local sales tax (if applicable) is collected at checkout; no import duties for domestic deliveries.
Canada: Customs duties/VAT may apply and are assessed by local customs; the recipient is responsible for these fees.

7. Delays, Loss, or Damage
If your package appears severely delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the last scan or delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and assist with a solution.

8. Split Shipments
To ship efficiently, items in the same order may be sent in separate parcels with different tracking numbers (you’ll receive tracking for each parcel).
